J.B. Handley is so nice! (not)
Quote from the author of the Wired article:
"I’ve been called stupid, greedy, a whore, a prostitute, and a “fking lib.” I’ve been called the author of “heinous tripe.”
J.B. Handley, the founder of Generation Rescue, the anti-vaccine group that actress Jenny McCarthy helps promote, sent an essay title” “Paul Offit Rapes (intellectually) Amy Wallace and Wired Magazine.” In it, he implied that Offit had slipped me a date rape drug. “The roofie cocktails at Paul Offit’s house must be damn good,” he wrote. Later, he sent a revised version that omitted rape and replaced it with the image of me drinking Offit’s Kool-aid. That one was later posted at the anti-vaccine blog Age of Autism."

Wired gets it right
Monday, November 2, 2009
This is an incredible article on the anti-vaccine movement, well researched and blunt.
It explains some of the dangers to the general population caused by the anti-vaccine movement. It also covers some of the "lovely" behavior towards Paul Offit by anti-vaccine fanatics. Such as threatening his children and his own life. Of course it doesn't surprise me, I've gotten my share of "love" mail from hysterical anti-vaccine people. Oh, and I'll point out if you have any "love" mail for me, e-mail it all you want to autielady[at]live.com and I will publish it and respond to it.
In any case, here is the article:
